• Cancellations, Durations, Terminations, Holidays, Re-scheduling, Policies -: Please note that cancelling less than 24 hours before the appointment attracts a 20% fee from the initial payment before refunding. Please notify me immediately if you need to cancel or reschedule. Failure to attend a session without prior notice will require full payment. If you cancel before the 24-hour mark, you get a full refund. If the practitioner cancels in any way, the client gets a full refund. I require a 72-hour notice of any holiday arrangements that will affect the session during the holidays. I will provide you with at least 72 hours ' notice of my holidays if there is any need. These 72-hour rules only apply to holiday seasons. Rescheduling is allowed anytime except once the session has started. You can only reschedule a total of 4 times. Once the 5th time comes, a 50% refund will be allocated to you.

• Every service has both options, a text chat or a phone call, and they are the same price, so be sure to pick which style you prefer. If any services do not offer this option, then the default setting is a phone call.

• With many of the services offered on this page, you get support tools after our sessions to help you reach your desired goal.

• Many of you are used to my spiritual inquiries starting with prayers, but these counselling sessions do not begin with prayers because I am not tapping in.

• Please read my counselling support and agreement contract before booking a slot. You must then sign it to work with me. The agreement also contains much of what is on this page.

• Every 4th session is dedicated to reviewing your progress with the treatment. This review is integral to your therapy journey and can only be skipped if the session is cancelled. If you want to continue therapy on the same topic in the future, we will have a review before we start need to start w.

• About follow-up procedures, please feel free to email me to ask questions about your package, or I’ll get back to you as soon as I can within business hours. If I need to follow up with you concerning anything mentioned in the session or during a discussion about your session, I will do so as long as it is for your benefit. I will not contact you post-therapy to check up on you, and I do not check up on you in between active sessions, either, but feel free to reach out if an emergency session is needed. • Suppose the client or counsellor agrees to terminate the contract due to some broken clauses, laws or an unresolved issue that is hard for the client from the counsellor or for the counsellor from the client, or maybe towards the company as a whole. In that case, an advance notice needs to be given from both parties for this termination. This termination can only be abrupt if safety is being compromised. If the safety is not compromised and both parties desire to speak on this matter, then an “unresolved issue closing session” can be had between both parties so that this memory ends on a good note.

• Please understand I do not chit-chat in between sessions except when needed from my end to email you only about our working together. I have seen a lot of people take advantage of my kindness and try to get a session out of just emailing me. You will see a little more on this in the contract you will sign. This is just a way to protect both parties and ensure that our work to reach your goal is not compromised.
